THE REIKI PRACTITIONER/TEACHER

Pris Constantino, RN, MS, is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner and Teacher who provides private treatments in the comfort of her own home and Reiki Level I, II and III classes in group settings. What is Reiki? (pronounced ray'-kee)
Reiki is a natural healing method that uses the hands of the healer laid gently on various areas of the body to channel energy from the universe to another person.  It has been practiced for thousands of years and was re-introduced in the 1800’s by Dr. Mikao Usui. The term "healing" in Reiki refers to the  balancing of the energy in your body, which enhances its ability to heal.

Can Reiki Cure Disease?
Reiki is not intended to be a cure. It does, however, improve the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is not intended to replace your physician or other health care providers.

What Occurs During a Reiki Session?

A Reiki session lasts about an hour and you remain fully clothed, lying on a Reiki table (similar to a massage table). During the session, Pris will gently rest her hands on various parts of your body in patterns which include the head, abdomen, legs, back and feet. During the session, Pris plays soft, relaxing music, burns a candle, lowers the lights and may burn incense. She also uses guided imagery to assist you in relaxing deeper. You may experience a sensation of warmth, tingling, vibration or just relaxation.  In fact, you may fall asleep! Some clients wish to remain silent, while others prefer to talk. Either is fine. When the session is completed, many clients describe feeling relaxed and rested.  Others speak of feeling better in areas that bothered them before. Still others say they had visualizations of light, people, colors and many other things. All agree there is a tremendous sense of peace.

Individual Session $40 in my home and $50 in your Cape Coral home.  A series of 6-8 sessions is usually recommended for most illness or injury.  Chronic illness may require more sessions.

USUI REIKI LEVEL I  $90

Learn to administer this ancient Japanese hands on healing technique to yourself.  This technique is a wonderful complement to traditional Western medicine. It enhances the work of the immune system. Please note: Reiki works together with traditional health care.  It is not a cure, but an enhancement to healing illness and injury. Remember, Reiki Energy increases balance within the recipient's body, soul and mind which improves the recipient's overall healthiness.  Price includes manual, attunements, practice and certificate of completion.  Certificate will only be given if all the classes that make up this level are completed.

USUI REIKI LEVEL II  $110

Prerequisite: Reiki Level I certificate.

This is a Japanese hands on healing touch technique that is thousands of years old. In this course, the graduates of Reiki Level I will learn to do Reiki on others. The student will also learn the Reiki symbols and their use, how to perform distance healing and further refine their skills.  The course includes a certificate, attunements, manual and practice. Certificate will only be given if all the classes that make up this level are completed.

USUI REIKI LEVEL III  $130

Prerequisite: Reiki Level II certificate.

This is a Japanese hands on healing touch technique that is thousands of years old. In this course, the graduates of Reiki Level II will learn the Level III symbols and their use, receive the Level III attunements and further refine their Reiki skills.  The course includes a certificate, attunements, manual and practice. Certificate will only be given if all the classes that make up this level are completed.

  REIKI MASTER TEACHER:  Learn to teach Reiki Levels I, II, III to others!  $250

Prerequisite: Reiki Level I, II, III certificates.

Learn to teach Usui Reiki to others. You learn the attunements and specific classes to teach for each level. You also receive a CD that includes the manual for each level and a teacher manual.  Certificate will only be given if all the classes that make up this level are completed.
